For over two decades, I've cultivated basketball skills and passion in students of all levels. My approach blends strategic training with a supportive, fun environment, fostering growth on and off the court. For some background, I was a MN all state high school player when I graduated in 2016. I went on to play Division 1 basketball at the University of Denver where I was a 1st-team all conference selection & graduated in 2020. I then went overseas to Germany to play professionally where I was having a great year until I torn my ACL in 2021. I then decided to switch my passions & knowledge to coaching and would love to work together.

With 28+ years of expertise, I have helped athletes at all levels – Professional, Collegiate, and High School – elevate their basketball game to new heights. As a player, I secured 3 District 10 AAA Championships and later coached under esteemed mentors, Pete Flinn, Dean Smith, and Bob Knight. From winning the NCAA Junior College MVP to playing in the NBA Summer League and with the Atlantic City Seagulls, I have honed my skills through diverse experiences. For the past 17 years, I've been dedicated to training athletes with my acclaimed Skills & Development and Strength & Conditioning Programs. Beyond basketball, my unique background in Martial Arts, Boxing, Dance, Weight Training, and DJing has allowed me to create the wildly popular DRENCHED Cardio workout, embraced by everyday people and celebrities alike.
