I am a graduate of The American Musical and Dramatic Academy in New York City where I also studied dance at Broadway Dance Center, and Steps. I am certified with Dance Educators of America. To further my understanding of the physical range and needs of the human body, I received my personal training certification with A.C.E., through Florida Atlantic University (Fitness Institute) and group fitness with AFAA. I was the founder and owner of The Dance Academy in Deerfield Beach, FL, as well as "My Dance Academy" and of "Fitness Masters" spanning the East and West coast. Currently, I am teaching Dance therapy classes with The Perfect Storm Charity, a 501-C-3 non-profit organization providing health and wellness services for individuals with special needs. Former students of mine have gone on to dance on Television My competitive dance teams have won first place and high score in many regional and national competitions, with routines awarded for my choreography. I've choreographed for the Florida Panthers, Miami Latin Fire, and the Super bowl halftime show. I have been fortunate to work in positions that forced me to take a proactive approach and gave me the ability to develop the kind of relationships that set clients at ease and encourage them attain their set goals. My resume is quite broad-based: I have the ability to train athletes, dancers, and to incorporate Dance, Fitness and Physical Therapy into corporate wellness programs. Dependability and integrity are high priorities for me.
