I have experience coaching and training athletes at various levels, from junior college to university level. I have worked with a wide range of age groups, primarily focusing on high school and college athletes. My background includes playing football at Western Oregon University as well as at the junior college level.

Jeremy Harris is a former Division I defensive back and NFL defensive back. He trains middle school, high school, and college defensive backs, specializing in press coverage, footwork, ball skills, and football IQ. In the first lesson, athletes receive a full technique evaluation and learn game-speed drills used at the college and NFL level to build confidence and improve performance on the field. Before coaching Jeremy trained Ms/HS athletes in the Los Angeles where they became top performers
