Hello, I am a former athlete that is a firm believer in being technically sound. The style of coaching is one of honesty, direct, and solution-based (with laughs along the way). This is to allow the athlete to have a quick understanding of a complex position of playing DB, to making plays on the field. Both Corner and Safety positions are covered. My goal is to create an athlete that positively contributes to the team and technically sound to be able to compete on the next level.

Coach BJ Nard is a former Division I athlete and elite performance coach specializing in speed, explosiveness, and position-specific development. He has worked with NFL, NBA, Olympic, overseas, and youth to collegiate athletes, preparing them for combines, pro days, and competition. His system develops athletes who react faster, move efficiently, and perform when it matters most.

I played football in high school, and throughout my journey, I was fortunate to have some wonderful mentors who taught me valuable lessons both on and off the field. Because of what they poured into me, I feel confident in my ability to give back to the community, mentor others, and help the next generation grow and succeed.

Ron is a former Division I football player who brings high-level playing experience and professionalism to his coaching. After his collegiate career, he earned opportunities as an NFL free agent, further sharpening his understanding of the game. Ron has also coached youth football, where he focuses on fundamentals, discipline, and building confidence in young athletes. His background allows him to connect with players at all levels, helping them develop skills, mindset, and a strong foundation for success on and off the field.

I have 30 years of experience around sports with 16 years of training experience. I played for Servite ‘14. I have coached at CDM for 12 seasons with years coaching all positions on both sides of the ball. I also have 16 years of experience running clinics and coaching flag football for boys and girls of all ages.
