With over 15 years of coaching the offensive line, I've built strength, technique, and toughness up front at every level. Now I train individual athletes. I played QB at GT. Played professionally for the Bucs and Colts and I’m currently in the College Football Hall of Fame. All-American, All-ACC and Davey O’Brian winner as the best quarterback in college! I shape tactically astute, resilient footballers through disciplined training and a professional, enjoyable approach. With several years teaching, I combine technical precision, tactical insight, and tailored plans to accelerate each player's progress while keeping sessions engaging.

Coach Raishard Crawford is a former high school, Division I, and professional athlete who now serves as one of the Metro Atlanta area’s premier sports performance trainers. As the founder of Dream Believe Grind Athletics, he specializes in evidence-based speed, agility, strength, and athletic development for football, basketball, volleyball, baseball, softball, and multi-sport athletes throughout Douglasville, GA and the surrounding Metro Atlanta area. Coach Crawford’s athletic journey began in Hampton, Virginia, where he competed alongside some of the nation’s top young athletes, helping shape the competitive mindset and work ethic that define his training philosophy today. During high school, he earned First Team All-District, All-Metro honors, and was recognized among the Top 1000 football players in the state, attracting scholarship offers from numerous NCAA Division I programs. I spent over a decade coachin' football in Chico, California, but I'm thrilled to be back home in Macon, where my heart is. As a football coach and trainer with Harris Elite Training, I've had the privilege of workin' with some of the most talented young athletes in the country, from ages 5-18. It's been an incredible journey, and I'm grateful for the opportunity to give back to my community. *My Story* Grown in Macon, I played football from a young age and knew that's what I wanted to do – coach and help young athletes develop their skills.
