With over 15 years of coaching the offensive line, I've built strength, technique, and toughness up front at every level. Now I train individual athletes. I spent over a decade coachin' football in Chico, California, but I'm thrilled to be back home in Macon, where my heart is. As a football coach and trainer with Harris Elite Training, I've had the privilege of workin' with some of the most talented young athletes in the country, from ages 5-18. It's been an incredible journey, and I'm grateful for the opportunity to give back to my community. *My Story* Grown in Macon, I played football from a young age and knew that's what I wanted to do – coach and help young athletes develop their skills. As a former collegiate student-athlete at Northwestern and an 8-year NFL veteran and two-time Super Bowl champion with the Pittsburgh Steelers, I have experienced football at its highest, most demanding levels. Throughout my playing career across the offensive line, success always came down to mastering fundamentals, understanding situational leverage, and out-preparing the competition mentally.

Every practice is a blueprint for growth — I bring strategic rigor and spirited enthusiasm to football coaching. With 25 years of teaching experience, I focus on fundamentals, tactical awareness, and player development, building confident, disciplined athletes through structured, engaging sessions.

Fueling dreams and shaping futures, I've passionately coached football for 12 years, enhancing skills and fostering teamwork. My expertise helps athletes reach their full potential on and off the field. I specialize in game time decisions by teaching critical thinking while working on their craft. Most importantly is the mental health of the athletes and how my approach can impact a positive outcome.

I’ve played football for nine years I play college football at the D2,juco, and D3 level my Coaching experience is I coached a 11 U 7 on 7 and coach, my brother 1 on 1 and also volunteered in the summer to help Coach I wanna get these kids the best work possible and show them the in’s and out’s of this game and the mental aspect I wanna push these kids to reach there goals I’m not a selfish coach i’m out there to help you get better
