I did football and Track at Henry Clay High school from 2007 to 2011. I played football at Eastern Kentucky University from 2012 to 2016. I ran track Unattached in 2019. I coached running backs, wide receivers, and defensive backs at both Estill county middle and high school from 2021 to 2023. I also coached at Estill County Middle and High School from 2022 to 2023. I coached Middle School Track Oldham County Middle School in 2024. I trained athletes at for Inside The Lines in 2024. I'm a current resident of Richmond, Kentucky and coach football and Track at Clark Moores Middle School.

I come a long line of football coaches in my family. What has been bestowed upon my knowledge is three important factors: willingness to push yourself, willingness to push your teammates, and willingness to learn. These there factors create a perfect team for it is what I believe beats out teams that rely heavily on talent. These three factors also play a role in shaping my players for what is beyond football and later in life.
