I have experience in coaching and preparing athletes for weight lifting, track (distance, sprints, shot put and discus), basketball, soccer, and baseball. For over a decade, I've been honing my skills as a coach, and I'm eager to share my knowledge and enthusiasm with aspiring athletes. I am have coached all levels Little League, middle school,and high school. As a coach for athletics, you not only receive a program that's built results but also a program combined with skill, knowledge, strength, and conditioning. In addition, I'm not just a coach by choice. I also hold a masters degree in Coaching and Athletic Administration. I just started coaching and training football players after graduating from high school in 2025. I played football for 12 seasons from 2013-2024. I’ve always wanted to be a part of the game even when I stopped playing. I’ve played QB, WR, DB, LB. My goal with this is to make it so that everyone I teach falls in love with the game and wants to continue playing through high school.

My name is KJ Mack, I have over 15 years of playing experience and 9+ years on the sidelines, I’m very passionate about football and have a strong commitment to player development. I’m a former collegiate offensive lineman, I played JUCO ball in Minnesota before finishing up my career at a division 2 school. So far in my coaching career I’ve spent five years coaching at the college level across NCAA Division I, II, and III programs before transitioning to high school football, where I’m now entering my fifth season. I have a wealth of knowledge in both offensive line and defensive line play. I teach from the ground up and really take my time honing my players skills. I’ve helped all of my linemen achieve college scholarships. Im truly dedicated to helping young athletes succeed both on and off the field, using football as a tool to teach life lessons, develop character, and open doors to future opportunities.
