Where whatever is comfortable to you if you have golf shoes that is preferable. If not, athletic shoes will work just fine. 

Please wear appropriate clothing. Bring your clubs, a golf glove and water to stay hydrated.

Approach: • Keep lessons fun, engaging, and interactive. • Use games and challenges to teach fundamentals. • Focus on basic coordination, grip, and swing mechanics without overwhelming them with technical details. Lesson Structure: 1. Warm-Up & Fun Icebreaker (5 min) • Light stretching or a small game 2. Basic Fundamentals (10 min) • Teach proper grip, stance, and posture with simple cues. • Use visual aids like colored grips or alignment sticks. 3. Swing Drills & Fun Challenges (15 min) • Use soft golf balls or SNAG (Starting New At Golf) equipment for safety. • Create a target challenge (hula hoops, cones, or buckets). • Have them swing in slow motion to build muscle memory. 4. Putting & Short Game (10 min) • Introduce basic putting drills with games • Teach chipping by hitting into a big target or onto a blanket. 5. Game & Wrap-Up (10 min) • Mini putting competition • Give each student a simple takeaway to practice at home (e.g., “practice holding your grip for 30 seconds every day”).

I try to relate golf to other sports or activities they are interested in to help understand certain fundamentals. The goal is to make it as simple as possible.
