Golf doesn't have to be complicated to be effective—I aim to give students tools they can rely on, even when pressure builds. Warm-Up & Fundamentals Review (Each Lesson) -5–10 minutes of dynamic stretching and swing warm-up. -Brief review of previous lesson’s key takeaways 3.
