I've been playing golf since I was 14, inspired by my great uncle, who was Arnold Palmer’s high school golf coach and remained friends with him throughout their lives. Currently, I hold a 2.4 handicap and was co-captain of the Latrobe, PA high school team. During college, I gave lessons to faculty and friends and participated in various amateur events, even though I didn’t compete for my college team. I love the game and find immense satisfaction in helping others enhance their enjoyment, whether they're just starting out or looking to refine their skills.

She received her degree in PGA Golf Management and played collegiate golf. Sumayah’s students mainly consist of women and juniors, but her lesson books are open to all.
