I first learned golf as a teenager and was hand-selected by a Head Golf Pro to become an apprentice, aiming to teach and play at a high level. After an injury, I’ve been focusing on rehab while giving lessons, all with the goal of becoming competitive again. With over 25 years of experience, I've honed my skills under the guidance of the legendary Biaggio (Yaz) Consalvo in Northern NJ. Holding a U.S.G.A 7 handicap, I teach players of all ages and skill levels—from beginners to advanced, ages 5 to 92. My methods are simple and effective, making it easy for anyone to practice at home. I’m a high school health and PE teacher with a dense sports background. Football was my main sport but I’ve been playing golf for almost 12 years now, currently hold a USGA 14.5 handicap. Built on an approach to move tee to green as efficiently as possible. Most amateur golfers philosophy is to par as much as you can but, what they don’t realize is if you bogey 18 holes of golf, you would shoot a 90. My goal for anyone who comes to me is to feel confident and become competitive in every round of golf they play.

Hi all - I’m looking for some new students for the winter season! It’s a great time to work on swing changes or learn the swing etc. I’ve had some great success over the years with winter training at the range and simulators to either work on the full swing or hone parts of the game. Chipping /putting short game or even speed training for those long drivers. Also breaking down the whole swing to get ready for spring. Tappan good center has a great set up all closed in with heaters or indoors at a sim. For preferably at the range where we can see direct results. Starting playing golf at age of 18 at Spook Rock golf course. From there starting taking lessons at The Tuxedo Club where I worked for a friend and mentor Dave Carazo. In that time frame qualified for 2 Met Amateurs. That lead me to become a golf professional in that time frame spent 12 years in the Met PGA section and became a member of the PGA 2001. After that spent time in both Philly and New Jersey section where I currently reside. Recently I worked at Golf Galaxy of East Hanover as a golf instructor and club fitter for 5 plus years. Through my career I have taken lessons from Top 100 instructors such as Brad Redding, Mike Bender, Todd Sones and Stan Utley. Caddied at a club called Lost Tree Club where had the chance to play with tour players and caddie for Jack Nicklaus and Greg Norman.
