Bob brings over 50 years of NCAA and high-school coaching and playing experience to every lesson he teaches. Having dedicated much of his life to the game, he has developed a deep understanding of lacrosse fundamentals, strategy, and player development. Bob has also spent many years providing private instruction, helping athletes sharpen their skills through personalized, detail-oriented coaching. His decades of expertise make him a trusted mentor for players of all levels.

We specialize in high intensity and focused fun training. Our goal is to develop lacrosse players of all ages, positions and skill levels to prepare them for their lacrosse and life journey.

Hi I’m Coach Reyes! Currently, I am the Women’s Lacrosse Head Coach at Notre Dame of Maryland a Division 3 Institution. I have been coaching since 2014 with my main focus in goalies and defense. I also understand offense is strategy and footwork to make you into a shifty offensive player. I have experience with 1 on 1’s and being in a small to large group environment. I would love to grow your skills and help grow your lax IQ.

I am a 2025 college graduate from St. Mary's College of Maryland. I played 4 years of college lacrosse there and am now a Assistant Coach and defensive coordinator for the team. Over the 2025-2026 season I have learned many valuable lessons about coaching and how to get the most out of my players while still keeping the love for the sport they have. I am passionate about this sport that have given me so much and now I am looking to give back in as many ways as I can.

Offensive lacrosse coach based in the Washington, DC/Bethesda area. Currently serving as Shooting Coach and Offensive Coordinator for Next Level Lacrosse, as well as Head Coach at Washington Episcopal School. Through DMV Performance has helped over 100 athletes maximize their potential and reach their goals. Specializes in offensive skill development and advancing lacrosse IQ to help athletes perform at a high level.

Every practice is an invitation to sharpen technique, strengthen decision-making, and enjoy the craft of lacrosse. I have several years of teaching experience and combine technical coaching, tactical planning, and patient mentorship to develop confident, disciplined athletes. I'm a former member of the Division I American University lacrosse team and have also coached for M&D DC for four years!
