Ché F.M. is a breathwork teacher with 16 years of experience studying and practicing centuries-old breathing, meditation and movement techniques. Ché specializes in breathwork for high-level athletic performance with nervous system regulation, enhanced mental function, emotional regulation, and nasal breathing. Nasal breathing, deeply and slowly, enhances physical endurance and keeps the mind calm. Both resulting in competing and succeeding, at a championship level, with unwavering confidence and a clear focus on the goal of winning consistently. All sessions can be 1-on-1 or in groups. Long-term coaching is available from 1-12 months. Ché is available for in-person and virtual sessions.

I'm Jennifer... a Certified Life Coach, Inner Child workshop facilitator and Level II Breathwork Facilitator dedicated to helping people reconnect with the parts of themselves they learned to silence in order to survive. My work combines inner child exploration, breathwork, mindfulness, somatic awareness and transformational coaching to help clients uncover unconscious patterns, heal emotional wounds and create lasting change from the inside out.
