I have went through a radical health transformation 10 years ago when I moved to Miami, Florida, quitting alcohol, nightlife, cigarettes and dropped 30 pounds, through developing a daily holistic health routine including breathwork, meditation, strength training, running, swimming, yoga, prayer, water fasting etc. I am also an author of two books.
