I am a former athlete with background in gymnastics and extensive experience in physical activities, fitness training and body composition.

Justen, better known as Coach JUT is a military veteran and professional athlete with a passion for mentoring and coaching. Drawing on his discipline and experience, he is dedicated to helping athletes reach their full potential both physically and mentally. Justen combines his background in professional sports with a commitment to fostering growth, confidence, and excellence in his players. His goal is to inspire and guide athletes to become the best version of themselves on and off the field.

He was in various clinics across the US doing intensive physical therapies for years. About 6 months ago we began training with Justen Smith (“Coach Jut”) with amazing results.
