Hello, I'm Phil. I'm straightforward and unafraid to be real. In pickleball, that means helping you shore up weaknesses and improve technically and strategically as easily and clearly as possible. I believe it's important to know "what" and "how", but also "why". My ideal is environment is one where we can learn something impactful and figure out how to implement it, all without unnecessary pressure. Before pickleball, I played 25 years of tennis and competed on a world class level in a variety of games. Let's get on the court!

Maybe more practice on those points would help, time went by so fast! Phil’s approach is quite helpful if you’re serious about improving your pickleball game. "Sze’s lesson was quite good, really patient and knowledgeable. I appreciated how I could tell him what I wanted to work on, and he helped me improve my backhand. Honestly, I saw some progress, which was encouraging. I hope to keep playing pickleball in the future, though not right away, and I’d consider trying another lesson with Sze at some point.
