Here are some tips before coming to a Pickleball session: *Wear athletic clothing that is comfortable and light. *Wear tennis shoes that are comfortable and fit slightly snug. *Bring a waterbottle, towel, and sunblock *Hats, headbands, sunglasses are okay and ladies to have your hair up in a ponytail. *Hydrate with 12 ounces of water one hour before training. *Also put personal belongings in a tennis or duffle bag.
