Hi, my name is Steven. I am just finishing up my 4 year degree from Lincoln Memorial University (NCAA D2) where I also played collegiate soccer at. Over the past 3 summers I have had the privilege of playing semiprofessional soccer for DC United u23, FC Carolina’s (USL2), and West Virginia United (USL 2). I have been private coaching for numerous years and was employed for a private training organization called HP Elite for the summer in 2022. My coaching philosophy centers on fostering a supportive environment where technical skills flourish alongside tactical understanding and a genuine love for soccer. I have worked with Youth National Teams and been a college coach for many years as well as a director of multiple youth soccer clubs and a youth state soccer organization. As a sport psychologist as well, I understand motivation and look to assist all players in that area too. Currently I hold every coaching license offered in the USA and also hold coaching licenses from England, Holland and FIFA.
