I hold an ACSM-CPT and a degree in exercise science, backed by D1 soccer and a year competing in Spain. After tearing my ACL twice, I earned a D1 offer post-injury and kept playing through recovery, giving me firsthand insight into injury prevention, return-to-play, and mental toughness that coursework alone can’t teach. I specialize in injury prevention and rehab as well as position specifics soccer skills, I’d love to bring that combination of education and lived experience to your program.

Specifically for my position as a left back he trained me in different common scenarios and drills that helped me gain confidence during games.
