Hi, My name is Kate. With over 25 years of experience, I have traveled and competed in professional tournaments all over the world. Throughout my career, I achieved a USTA National Ranking of #6, reached quarterfinal of the KPSF Open, earned an ITF ranking of 170, and a WTA ranking of 490. A full scholarship to the NCAA Division 1 university allowed me to continue my competitive career, where I achieved an ITA singles ranking of #18 in the nation and was honored as an Athlete of the Year.
I have coached high school players, specifically my high school, as well as adults. Players ranging from beginners just starting, to intermediate players wanting to improve. I know many drills, conditioning exercises, and tennis games that will work on your conditioning, form, and mental resilience. First lesson will be simple playing and drills to get to know what level you are and what are your goals to improve tennis.

1. Comfortable, non-marking tennis shoes for proper court traction and support. 2. Athletic clothing you can move freely in. 3. A water bottle to stay hydrated through the session. 4. A towel for wiping down between points and drills. 5. Sunscreen and a hat if you’re playing outdoors. 6. Your own racquet, if you have one, though demo racquets are available if you don’t. 7.
