I have a 29-year background in teaching tennis, with 10 of those years spent as the Head Pro at The Ritz Carlton LN. Following that, I served as the Head Pro at the Monarch Beach Tennis Club for 5 years. Presently, I hold the position of Tennis Director at 3Arch Bay, where I have been in charge for the past 12 years.

I played tennis in college and have been teaching the game for 25 years. My extensive experience on and off the court has equipped me with a deep understanding of tennis and a passion for helping players of all levels improve and succeed.

I’ve been playing tennis since I was 15 and have remained passionate about the game for over 40 years. I played varsity high school tennis for a top CIF team and started working in tennis clubs at 18 — first at the front desk and maintaining courts, and eventually moving into full-time teaching by my mid-20s. I’ve competed in A and Open-level tournaments and played beach paddle tennis daily for years. I’ve run adult and junior clinics at public courts, city recreation centers, and private clubs throughout Orange County, including Mission Viejo and Laguna Woods. While I later completed my degree at Cal State Fullerton and built a career outside of tennis, I’ve never stopped playing — currently twice a day — and I’m ready to return to coaching.
