Hi Tennis enthusiasts, beginner, middle-of-the road, advanced, I'm Victor and I am former NCAA Division 1 Scholar-Athlete and Pacific NorthWest team in the late '80's while a standout performer at the Univ. of Portland, where I competed against some of the greatest in the sport of tennis, including Brad Gilbert and others. I am a former Univ. of Miami/Donald Petrine Tennis Camp Instructor, where I taught some other former greats like Mary Joe Fernandez, etc. I have over 55 years of experience!
I started playing tennis since I was eight years old. I have played many national tournaments throughout my tennis career. I am also bilingual (Spanish/English). My experience in tennis is vast. Over many decades I have been consistent towards my game with a very effective approach on teaching.
Former Malaysia National Team and Fed Cup player with 10+ years of coaching experience. 4x NAIA All-American, 2x ITA/USTA NAIA National Champion, and 2009 SEA Games Bronze Medalist. I hold a Masterβs Degree in Health & Physical Education and have pursued doctoral studies in Education. I coach juniors and adults of all levels, focusing on technique, footwork, confidence, match strategy, and helping players achieve their goals in a positive, supportive environment.
