I started swinging a tennis racquet at the age of 13 hitting a wall and getting fascinated while watching the major tournaments on TV with my dad and instantly falling in love with the sport! Fast forward, had the opportunity to play college level for NCAA II Division and the honor of serving as the team captain. Today, my love for the sport still grows as I play on a regular basis, participating in local tournaments and events, as I'm equally excited of sharing this fondness to other enthusiast people out there. I’m a tennis player and coach currently attending the University of California, Irvine (UCI). I was a 2-year captain of my high school tennis team, earned All-League honors twice, and helped lead my team to two league championships. I’ve worked as a hitting partner at Yonkers Tennis. I’ve also given independent tennis lessons to kids and adults of all ages, and I really enjoy working with kids and helping them build confidence and improve their game. I am teaching tennis to help pay for college.

I'm Igor, a former tennis player hailing from Uzbekistan. Over the years, I've competed in countless tournaments, refining my skills through decades of dedicated practice. Now, with 30 years of experience under my belt, I've transitioned into teaching tennis, sharing my expertise and love for the game with aspiring players of all ages.

I am 21 years old. I have been playing since I was 7 and have been coaching private tennis lessons for 3 years. I have also been coaching under other coaches simultaneously. I have a very hands on approach while teaching and emphasise footwork and fitness the most.
