I've studied the game thoroughly and still do, my teaching skills are always evolving. I see how you play and immediately know how to make you play, rally and have fun with tennis. A sport of a lifetime. I also manage junior high performance groups. I have a lot of drills and games to make your learning experience interesting and fun. If you are a high-performance player I could give you a very good practice, good pace rally, I could help you with your serve and strategy game. My high-performance competitive certification from Sanchez Vicario Academy provided me a great insight of the game, full of drills and modern concept strategies of understanding tennis latest advances. I could teach kids as well, love to make them have fun and like the sport.

I started swinging a tennis racquet at the age of 13 hitting a wall and getting fascinated while watching the major tournaments on TV with my dad and instantly falling in love with the sport! Fast forward, had the opportunity to play college level for NCAA II Division and the honor of serving as the team captain. My experience began playing tennis at the age of six at Alexandria Sporting Club in Egypt, and I competed at a high national level throughout my junior years. Achieved top national rankings in Egypt, including No. 13 at age 12, No. 4 at age 14, and No. 6 at age 16, and consistently ranked within the top 10 from ages 12 to 18. Competed in ITF (International Tennis Federation) tournaments and gained international match experience. Currently based in the United States, continuing advanced training while pursuing academic studies. With over 20 years of coaching experience and a background as a former Division I athlete, I bring high-level insight and proven methods to help players of all levels elevate their tennis game. My coaching focuses on strong fundamentals, tactical awareness, and building from the ground up—starting with footwork and attention to detail. I also emphasize “small victories” and SMART goals to create clear progress while keeping training fun, engaging, and motivating.

I teach tennis lessons to anyone and everyone. Never touched a racket? No problem! Do you want to go up a level, make the high school team, or be able to play with friends? Kids, high schoolers, adults, couples, and groups. I love tennis! USPTA level 2 Certified, Tennis Serve Specialist. Worked with Rick Macci (coach of 5 world #1 ones including Williams sisters and Andy Roddick), Jose Higuras (head of U.S. high performance program), Jeff Salzsentein (former top 100 player), Hans Podlipnik (Wimbledon QFist), and many others. Head high school coach for 11 years, active tournament player, patient teacher. Passionate about helping underserved kids throughout Seattle learn tennis and have organized and connected with many initiatives to do so. My goal is to help you achieve your goals whether that be improving technique or beginning to learn to play. To that extent, I am fairly flexible in my approach. For beginners, I focus on technique, proper grips, and generating topspin. To do this, I focus on hand feeding a lot of balls early on to develop proper technique and to train the muscle memory. Specifically, I teach a semi-western forehand, two-handed backhand, volley fundamentals, split stepping, proper footwork and serve mechanics. I also work with students who have one-handed backhands. I am a big believer in putting in a lot of time on the serve. For more experienced players, I will work with you to either identify areas for improvement or to work on areas you’ve identified you would like to improve.

I play collegiate tennis at St. Lawrence University and play two singles there ending my season with a 8-3 record.
