Hello everyone, I am Sebastião Vilas, your tennis coach and a professional tennis player. I bring years of experience, having started coaching at the age of 17. Working with me is all about pushing your limits while enjoying the process. Justin, originally from Commack, NY, earned a bachelor’s degree and master’s degree in psychology from Hofstra University. He has 22 years of experience playing and coaching tennis and, in 2024, was named the USTA Eastern Tennis Professional of the Year. He joined the SPORTIME team in 2020, as a tennis coach, and was promoted to Director of Tennis in 2023.

I started in high school, played 2 years at Illinois Tech, and am currently competing at Farmingdale State College. I have coached various styles, from red ball beginner kids, to 7+ UTRs.
