"I used to be a defensive tackle (DT) in a NCAA football team. When I first started working with coach Howard, I was 5'10" and 245lbs. I was really committed to tennis. Sometimes I'd drive an hour one way for lessons twice during the weekend. I soaked up everything coach Howard taught me, like a sponge, especially working on my serve and return. After about 9 months, coach suggested I start playing locally instead of driving that distance. I jumped right in and started playing in a 2.5 league. Within 15 months of learning from coach Howard, I was down to 200 pounds. I am 180 pounds now.

"I'm getting quite a bit from Raman’s lessons, particularly the practical drills that really help sharpen my match play skills. Though I’d love to see a focus on preparing for a championship someday, I appreciate how measured his approach is. Still, there’s room to deepen specific tactical work for competition, which I hope will come as I progress. If you're looking for honest, useful guidance, Raman might be worth trying out.
