I’m an RYT-500 Yoga Alliance-certified teacher with 16+ years of practice, trained at Barefoot Yoga (200-hour) and with Mark Stephens (300-hour). I’ve taught at UC Berkeley, Outdoor Yoga Berkeley, studios, retreats, corporate settings, and community organizations. Rooted in the Yoga Sutra, my classes - vinyasa, restorative, or yin - invite mindfulness, body awareness, and compassionate self-inquiry, offering yoga as both movement and a way of living with greater presence.
With 10+ years of teaching and 20+ years of personal practice, I specialize in helping beginners, older adults, people returning to movement after injury or illness, and anyone seeking over all wellness. My style is encouraging and lighthearted, creating a space where you can feel supported. Trained in Ashtanga Vinyasa, Restorative yoga, Breathwork and Sound Healing, I personalize each session to your goals and my intention is for you to leave feeling strong and more connected to your body.
