Beginner training plan
Your first lessonThis will be to gauge the players skill level and goals with the lessons. This could range from skill building to just having fun and being outside. Parent’s input as far as goals are welcomed.
Lesson 11+Realize maximum potential in the Beginner lesson, move on to Intermediate level activity!
Lesson 4-10Repetition, honing of skills, an increase in both stamina and intelligence within the sport. Ex: strategy, rules, fielding drills, batting cages, watch and discuss a professional game.
Lesson 2-3A build on lesson 1, a shaping of a strategy to achieve established goals. Ex: Hitting, throwing, fielding skill levels will be gauged and noted.
