I have been coaching for 2 years to 10-18 years olds on fielding, throwing, and hitting. I have played my entire life and won the NAIA national championship 2024. I am currently getting my masters in sport performance and psychology.

For two decades, I've had the privilege of being able to play the game of baseball. Now, that I am all done with college baseball and winning 3 championships, I am looking to use everything that I learned over the years and help athletes reach their full potential. My coaching philosophy emphasizes fundamental skills, strategic thinking, and fostering a lifelong passion for the game. Not only will I help your athlete grow their skills fundamentally, but I will also help them grow as a person as well!

I have been passionate about baseball since early childhood. I especially enjoy sharing my love for the game with other players, coaches, parents, and fans. I believe in positive reinforcement through encouragement and instilling confidence. Every player is unique, so I take time to understand each player’s personality, strengths, and overall learning goals. I was born and raised in Houston, TX — a city with many opportunities for competitive youth baseball. I began playing travel ball at age six and soon played on multiple teams year-round. It became more than just a hobby for me; I realized that I wanted to pursue baseball professionally in some capacity. After lettering three years at Bellaire High School in Bellaire, TX, I was recruited to play shortstop for Trinity University in San Antonio, TX. I was one of the few players who made the travel team as a freshman. In my sophomore year, we went on to win the NCAA Division III National Championship. As an upperclassman, I took on a leadership role, honing my skills as both a player and a teacher of the game. Coaches and teammates labeled me as a cerebral player, and coaches trusted me to assist them with game strategy, player management, instructional work, and recruiting. After graduating with a B.S. in Geoscience (‘18), I earned a Masters degree in Geology at UC Davis (‘20). I currently work as an environmental geologist at a consulting firm, where I manage environmental cleanups, investigations, and property assessments. My passion for baseball remains unchanged. I continue to play competitively in a men’s league on the weekends. Baseball has shaped me into who I am as a person and a professional. Coach Conor Buckley brings high-level experience, sharp field instincts, and a deep passion for the game to every athlete he trains. A former standout shortstop, Conor played collegiate baseball at Concordia University in Portland, Oregon (2013–2014), where he earned recognition for his elite defensive play and infield IQ before a career-ending shoulder injury shifted his path to coaching. Prior to college, Conor competed for the Texas Rangers Scout Team. During his collegiate career, he was recruited by both the Milwaukee Brewers and the Pittsburgh Pirates—testament to his advanced skills and baseball acumen. He’s had the unique opportunity to play with and against many current Major League Baseball players, giving him a rare perspective on what it takes to succeed at the next level. After stepping off the field, Conor spent four years coaching and mentoring youth players, specializing in shortstop, middle infield, and third base. His focus is on helping athletes sharpen their mechanics, improve their game awareness, and prepare for the jump to high school varsity baseball and beyond. Driven to pass down the game’s highest standards, Coach Conor combines old-school grit with modern training techniques—instilling confidence, work ethic, and baseball IQ into the next generation of ballplayers.

With my 20 years of playing and 15 years’ experience shaping young baseball talent, I provide expert-level coaching focused on fundamentals and strategy. I aim to cultivate a life-long love for the game in each of my players, and focus on skill development in each player. I create a supportive, yet challenging environment where athletes can thrive and become that better version of themselves, both on the field, and in life. But most importantly, we have FUN!

Hello my name is Braulio Garcia I have 11 years experience playing the game of baseball. I've cultivated baseball skills in players of all levels. Nevertheless, I have 4 years of coaching baseball from dodgers dream team. My main goal is to build a strong foundation and fostering a love for the game. As well teach players the fundamentals of becoming an athlete on and off the field. I’m here to help with any thing that you or player is struggling with, let’s elevate your game!!
