Your first lessonGetting familiar with the students game and approach they have as far as training and preparation
Lesson 11+Getting more technical into the game by using situational and visual analysis to become an overall better player mentally and physically on and off the field.
Lesson 4-10Self-identifying our laws and being able to verbally express our concerns on tracing and making improvements on-hand
Lesson 2-3Focus on finding weak and strong points in the students game. List the cons from the pros ; working 60/40 to develop our weaknesses.
Youth players
Working with kidsWorking with kids you have to understand that their focus only deters to their involvement in the activitie. I try to make the training session as fun but as educational as possible.
Working with teenagersWith teens, we all know we are at an age to where we are playing to develop into a solid player and be one draft eligible. So with that we take training more serious; pushing the student more to a limit of being great at y what you are passionate about. Not only teaching them how to be great baseball players but great men!
