Beginner training plan
Your first lessonThe first lesson will be very easy. I will show you how to do your pre stretch routine and will play some catch and throw a few pitches on the mound. I want to use this day to get to know you and to see what your skill levels are as a player.
Lesson 11+Once your foundation is built, we will keep working hard and reflect on previous lessons and outings to help improve to make you a better player everyday
Lesson 4-10Now we will work hard mastering your craft. We will do different drills every lesson to make sure you are set up for success when you go out and compete on the mound.
Lesson 2-3This is when we will start breaking down your mechanics and try to build up your mechanics fundamentally. This is also where we will start developing and improving your pitches as well.
Youth players
Working with kidsThis is where we really focus on the basics to try to you the proper mechanics fundamentally to try to avoid injury in the future.
Working with teenagersWe will work with the foundation you already have built and work to improve your strength, mechanics and pitches

If you need to cancel your lesson, no worries! You can get a full refund if you cancel within 24 hours of making your booking. We want to make the process as hassle-free as possible for you.

And if you simply want to reschedule your lesson, change the date and time, or adjust the number of students joining, we've got you covered there too. You can easily make these changes within 24 hours of booking, and up to 72 hours before your lesson starts.

About your baseball coach

For two decades, I've had the privilege of being able to play the game of baseball. Now, that I am all done with college baseball and winning 3 championships, I am looking to use everything that I learned over the years and help athletes reach their full potential. My coaching philosophy emphasizes fundamental skills, strategic thinking, and fostering a lifelong passion for the game. Not only will I help your athlete grow their skills fundamentally, but I will also help them grow as a person as well!
