Ryder has played baseball up to the collegiate level. Has learned many skills that can be utilized to train young and upcoming athletes. He also has some of the best patience working with young children to teens.
Beginner training plan
Your first lessonFirst lesson will be assessing what changes we want to focus on. Doing basic drills so I can see what things I can do to help you the best in the areas where you struggle the most.
Lesson 11+We keep up on doing minor adjustments to your performance. You should always wanting to get better. We will keep at it until there is a different skill we want to adjust.
Lesson 4-10This is when we really get into the small specific things to your performance and all the training tasks are more specific to what we are trying to accomplish.
Lesson 2-3This is where we start to dive into basic mechanics and doing small tweaks to them and exercises to make them muscle memory for the athlete.
What you need to bringAny equipment you would use in a game. If you don’t not have certain pieces of equipment let me know and I will try my best to provide it.
What I can bringI have only a couple of right handed mits. I have drop 3 bats. So if the student is younger then 12 please bring your own drop 10. I have plenty of baseballs. If you are a catcher, you will need to bring your own gear! Feel free to text me if you have a question.
