Beginner training plan
Your first lessonFor first lessons we’ll work on tuning into our body and getting comfortable. Focusing on the breath and being present. From there, we’ll start slowly with basic steps.
Lesson 2-3You’ll start to feel more calm in your body and with the steps. The foundation is getting over fear!
What you need to bringWear comfortable clothing. Yoga attire or loose fitting is good.
What I can bringNo equipment needed. Just you and your willingness to dance!
