I played in the NFL for the New England Patriots under Bill Belichick, sharing the field with Tom Brady during a Super Bowl-contending run. My thirteen year old son has had excellent sessions with Coach Bret. He is immensely knowledgable in the technique necessary to perform skill positions. Though each session was a great deal of work, my son always looked forward to training. Coach Bret is personable and made the training fun, while taking the time to teach my son techniques he wouldn't have learned in a team environment. The one-on-one training has been an excellent way for my son to learn and practice football during a time when team sports are shut down due to the pandemic. Beginner training plan
Your first lessonThe first session is all about evaluation, connection, and setting the tone. I assess athletic ability, movement patterns, and mindset. We cover basic mechanics such as sprint form, balance, and agility using drills like cone shuffles, 10-yard burst starts, and ladder work. This session builds confidence and gives athletes a clear path forward.
Lesson 11+Now we’re operating at a high-performance level. Training becomes highly individualized incorporating mental focus, recovery strategy, and position specific refinement. We prepare athletes for combines, showcases, or high level team play. Every session builds toward elite performance, and every rep has a purpose.
Lesson 4-10Here’s where transformation begins. We increase intensity and complexity with advanced movement drills, reaction training, and football IQ work. Expect sessions tailored to the athlete’s position and goals. We reinforce mechanics under fatigue and simulate game-like movements. Progress becomes visible in confidence, sharpness, and control.
Lesson 2-3Now we start building the foundation. Athletes can expect drills that enhance explosiveness, foot speed, and directional change such as lateral bounds, resistance sprints, and mirror drills. We begin installing key habits like posture, breathing, and focus under pressure. The goal is to sharpen form and begin unlocking speed.

Advanced training plan
Your first lessonWe hit the ground running. This session is about testing your limits not to break you but to reveal where we’re starting. I evaluate raw speed, explosiveness, movement IQ, and mindset under pressure. Expect to sprint, cut, react, and compete. By the end of Day 1, you’ll know exactly what’s working and what needs to change if you want to dominate.
Lesson 11+These sessions are elite level built around your goals, schedule, film, and season. You’ll be moving like a pro, thinking like a savage, and performing with absolute precision. Whether you’re chasing D1 offers, combine numbers, or just flat-out dominance this is the edge 99% of athletes never earn.
Lesson 4-10This is the shift. You’re not just training you’re transforming. We go deep into position specific mastery, resistance sprint work, misdirection breaks, and reaction battles. Your conditioning gets ruthless. Your confidence builds because you’ll see yourself pulling away from the pack. Film study, mental reps, and high pressure scenarios are all part of the build.
Lesson 2-3I start reprogramming mechanics and eliminating wasted motion. We lock in your first step explosiveness, tighten up lateral transitions, and sharpen reaction timing. You’ll feel faster, lighter, more dangerous because we’re training at a pace most athletes don’t touch. Every drill is game-relevant and designed to create separation physically and mentally.

Youth players
Working with kidsWhen I work with kids, I focus on creating a fun, structured environment where they feel safe to grow. Every session blends movement, coordination, and confidence building with mini-competitions and age appropriate drills. I use positive reinforcement, break things down in a way they can understand, and always keep the energy high so they’re smiling while learning real fundamentals. The goal is simple: build love for the game, build athletic foundations, and build belief in themselves.

Working with teenagersWith teens, I challenge them to step up mentally and physically. We train with purpose, intensity, and structure, but I also meet them where they are emotionally. I teach them how to move, think, and prepare like high-level athletes, while helping them build confidence, discipline, and resilience. Whether they want to make varsity, earn a scholarship, or just grow into stronger young men or women we create that space through high standards and real mentorship.

What you need to bringAthletes should wear cleats or turf shoes, athletic apparel, and bring plenty of water. If you have personal gear like gloves or compression sleeves that you prefer to train with, feel free to bring them. Most importantly, come ready to work, learn, and level up!

What I can bringI provide agility cones, speed ladders, resistance bands, hurdles, and footballs for drills. I also bring specialized equipment depending on the focus of our session whether it’s speed, footwork, or positional technique. All equipment is clean, professional grade, and designed for high-level performance training. Athletes should wear cleats or turf shoes, athletic apparel, and bring plenty of water. If you have personal gear like gloves or compression sleeves that you prefer to train with, feel free to bring them. Most importantly, come ready to work, learn, and level up!
