Your first lessonexplain to the the ropes about the game of football and how important the skill, training and knowledge of football works, then we start some of the walk throughs of the training process before you indulge
Lesson 4-10any workout or knowledge they are trying to perfect i will ask them of such and we will work on that and key in on everything so it can be crisp.
Lesson 2-3i will have the workouts and training set up for them to come get a good workout in and have them work on the little details that matter
Youth players
Working with kidsWhen I am working with kids my first step is to give them the knowledge and rules of the sport if they are not familiar and explain to them about every aspect of it down to the training so they can know how important each asset is to the port
Working with teenagerswhether they are familiar with the sport or not I give them important knowledge of it and the training and also they are still developing so it’s a lot to learn about the sports in the training process for the next level
