Beginner training plan
Your first lessonTailored to the specific individual. Could be raw basics of the game of football, to understanding each position that is played on the field and what the responsibilities are.
Lesson 11+Very detailed position specific coaching with focus on implementing the tools learned into gameplay. Reading and dissecting defenses and offensive tendencies. Quick reads and more intense physical demands during drills.
Lesson 4-10More specialized in a specific position if desired. I specialize in ball handling positions on offense and off ball positions on defense. Cover specific offensive and defensive alignments and plays to better understand the flow of the game.
Lesson 2-3A determination on what position may fit the athlete best and a specific game plan on what to improve in the coming lessons. Basics of the position chosen. Footwork drills and position specific basic drills.
Youth players
Working with kidsWe want our kids to love the sports we love. It’s only natural! Combine knowledge and beginner understanding of the sport with a fun atmosphere and games to keep the practice light and engaging for young players.
Working with teenagersTeenagers of all skill levels welcome. We can start from the basics or dive right into game planning and defensive/offensive alignments. Focus on fine tuning skills to assist in making school and travel teams.
