Beginner training plan
Your first lessonI approach the first lesson by inquiring initially about what the client is interested in either learning or developing and then gauging with baseline tests the most effective way to achieve set goals with whatever level of physique or conditioning the client may be in.
Lesson 11+A relationship developed of understanding that I'm a endless vessel and resource for the client even if and after training in this formal environment ends.
Lesson 4-10A constant diligence towards finding the greater details and nuances to not only becoming better within their craft but understanding exactly why and how their progression is coming along as my results typically produce.
Lesson 2-3A gradual progression of the skills requested to be taught and trained to client while also applying skill development to real time, practice and game related scenarios and situations.
