I have been trying to learn golf on and off for years, and Gabe was able to keep it very simple and take it step by step so I didn’t get frustrated, which is what normally happens. He made the process really fun and easy without overcomplicating it or making me feel bad about my level of playing.

Working with kidsI think with kids, the joy of the game comes first before technique. Learning why golf is fun and feeling the joy of making a putt of hitting the ball well will lead to more interest. Letting them learn how they can best play the game and have fun doing it.

Combining technique with fun games and drills allows them to learn without it feeling like a chore. Competition is also a great motivator so spending time on small games like chopping competitions etc. is always going to drive them more than simply improving.
