Beginner training plan
Your first lessonGet an understanding of the game, the equipment, and the swing. Create some benchmarks, and then dive in to goals and creating a roadmap. Some drills to implement at home and try before lessons 2 & 3.
Lesson 11+Lessons 11 on will be a lot more specific and focused sessions. I recommend we maybe even use some to play a few holes and work on course strategies.
Lesson 4-10Lessons 4-10 will be a lot of us checking in on what’s working and what’s not. You’ll be practicing on your own outside of our lessons so these sessions will be for us to check in with each other and create some new targets.
Lesson 2-3The second and third lessons are where we will get down into the heart of what you’re trying to accomplish. We’ll be breaking down your swing, looking at your swing stats, and highlighting some high impact areas we can focus on. These will often be fundamental overview lessons that create a solid foundation.
