Beginner training plan
Your first lessonSwing analysis. First I have them swing a club to see what they do well and what we need to work on. First day I give the playbook of what the swing should look and feel like. Most important thing to start with is proper balance and rhythm so that a great starting point.
Lesson 11+At this point it’s all about reassurance and feeling confident that both student and coach are on the same page when it comes to the students development.
Lesson 4-10Expect to have expert knowledge of the swing and how it’s suppose to look and feel like. By this point in lessons you’ll feel confident in what you’re learning and hopefully with enough practice in between lessons the swing will start to feel effortless.
Lesson 2-3More detailed starting points. Things they need to accomplish first before moving forward towards more advanced techniques. Learning how to stay balanced and connected throughout the entirety of the swing.

Lesson 11+Fresh pair of eyes to reassure that the swing has improved or things that they still need work on.
Lesson 4-10Advanced techniques. Things they need to know and practice to shave off strokes and to stay consistent at their new handicap

Working with kidsPatience and reassurance. Kids have a short attention span mostly, so I’d focus on making sure they are having fun while giving them subtle direction when it comes to swinging a club.
Working with teenagersI would love to work with teenagers. I believe my knowledge and expertise could help them advance to the next level if that is their goal.
