Beginner training plan
Your first lessonWe will teach you the terminology of the game as well as the basics such as correct scoring, kitchen fault line, dimensions of court etc
Lesson 11+You should be playing comfortable and know the game by now. We will be playing actual games as I watch and lend pointers to your style of play
Lesson 4-10By now you should know how to call scores, what the kitchen is and how not to volley while in the kitchen. Also you should know to stay back when serving until the ball is returned to you
Lesson 2-3As you progress we will do some various drilling together to get you use to and acquainted with playing live pickle ball and what it takes to get through games
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonI will start with some dunking drills as well as fast hands drills, 123 speed up drills....various serving methods. Actual games play with pointers and tips
Youth players
Working with kidsI would approach working with kids in a much more fun way of teaching...lets face it kids want to play...so that's what we will do....lets go!
Working with teenagersTeenagers will be monitored closely for their skills and proper foot placement. Also live play to access their capabilities
What you need to bringRefreshments to hydrate yourself. Maybe a towel and extra shirt.
