Beginner training plan
Your first lessonBeginners will have a full understanding on how to play pickleball correctly. They will understand how to play Singles and doubles and will have strategies down.
Lesson 2-3They will be able to move on from learning how to play pickleball correctly to being able to develop skills on fundamentals shots.
Lesson 4-10The students will improve upon skills and learn strategies and good court position.
Lesson 11+The students will be able to develop shots to keep them on offense and learn to neutralize points. Students will also develop superpowers (strengths) their opponents fear like an aggressive two handed speed up off the bounce or an elite overhead smash.
What you need to bringWater, court shoes, portable chair and a pickleball paddle.
What I can bringI bring 100 balls, a personal assistant to set up help with picking up ball for example, backup paddles, cones and other equipment for stations.
