With over 50 years in tennis, I've evolved from a high school state champion to an NAIA champ in college, later competing in the Big Ten with the University of Iowa. My career includes an undefeated senior year and participating in the USTPA. I've owned and taught at over 15 clubs, and currently run four, coaching players of all levels, including Florida State Champs and national junior champions. My passion lies in teaching, and I look forward to inspiring more students in the game of tennis.
"I loved focusing on strategy and eye ball coordination during the lesson with Craig. His approach really helped me understand the game better and improve my skills. If you want to sharpen your pickleball strategy and placement, Craigβs lessons are definitely worth trying. It was a fun and engaging experience that I recommend to other players looking to up their game. π

Iβm Derrick, an 20 year old 5.0+ Pickleball player (Playing in APP/PPA pro qualifiers soon!) based out of South Florida! In the past Iβve played tennis, table tennis, badminton, as well as a couple of other sports. I have coaching experience from tennis and bowling. But I want to teach the sport Iβm most interested in, Pickleball! Excited to get on the court together. Heads up! Although I did do commercials Professor Pickleball. I specialize in developing a solid and well thought out game. Although the process is slower early on, the better you get the easier it will be to get better! My best shots are my drops/resets and my backhand flicks.
"Iβd say Derrick's lesson was quite thorough and very knowledgeable, which I appreciated though I still want to keep building my skills. Still, his coaching skills really helped me feel more confident about my game. If you're looking for someone who knows their stuff but keeps things practical, definitely worth giving Derrick a try.
