Beginner training plan
Your first lessonThe first lesson is designed to establish goals a player wants to achieve. We well then implement drills to help accomplish that.
Lesson 11+At this level we are going to be refining specific shots. Focusing on relaxing and deep strategy implementation
Lesson 4-10We will then start to go into advantage state and disadvantage state. How to defend and attack
Lesson 2-3Once the basics are established I will then build on those skills to create shots that create advantage.
Youth players
Working with kidsI work well with kids, I’m super patient. My motto is if I give them great instructions in a meaningful way they respond with effort.
Working with teenagersI work with teenagers as well. I love working with the leaders of tomorrow. Showing them a good example usually ignites the passion for them to improve
