How it works
Beginner training plan
Your first lessonIn our first lesson, we will go over the rules of the game and form when hitting the ball. Form will include foot work, stance, and swing path. We will practice dinking and hitting from the baseline. This will set a great foundation for future lessons!
Lesson 11+Lastly, we will incorporate more game-like play to further apply learned strategy and skills. You will be introduced to more advanced shots like lobs, atp’s, and Ernie’s. You will continue to fine-tune your game and prepare you for more competitive play!
Lesson 4-10During these lessons, we will continue to improve shot accuracy and work more on placement. This will include drills to work through the transition zone while refining dinking and drops.
Lesson 2-3Next, we will continue to build on what we learned in our first lesson. We will focus on forehand and backhand strokes between the kitchen and the baseline. We will also talk more about court positioning and strategy!
What you need to bringSomething comfortable to wear, good tennis shoes, and some water!
What I can bringFeel free to bring your own stuff, but I also have multiple paddles and pickleballs.

And if you simply want to reschedule your lesson, change the date and time, or adjust the number of students joining, we've got you covered there too. You can easily make these changes within 24 hours of booking, and up to 72 hours before your lesson starts.
