Lesson 11+The focus now is on refining skills and implementing advanced strategies. Begin with a 5 minutes warm-up and stretch. Players work on perfecting serves, returns, shots, lobs, defense and offense strategies. Match play and drills become the central focus, allowing players to practice advanced strategies, such as maintaining control at the net and anticipating opponents’ moves.
Lesson 4-10Players now focus on building strategic skills and improving consistency. Start with 5 minutes warm-up. Practice advanced techniques like the cross-court drills, 7-11, rallies and defensive lobs. Focus on transitioning from defense to offense, introduce strategic concepts like proper positioning, shot placement, and court coverage. Finish sessions with practice matches using these skills and strategies in real game scenarios.
Lesson 2-3Focus on improving foundational skills and gaining confidence in the game. Begin with a 5 minutes warm-up and stretch. Work on footwork transitioning from the kitchen to mid-court, shots, and introduce basic volley techniques to prepare players for faster paced exchanges. Plus drills, rallies, and games.
