Meira's targeted coaching and feedback really helped me focus on specific areas, and I feel like I improved quite a bit. Your first lessonTraining plan will adapt to your pace!
Learn how to hold the paddle, cover stance, and learn the basic technique of dinking and serving.
Lesson 11+Deepen strategy and skills. Spin shots, lobs. Put it all together in singles, doubles, or King-of-the-Hill 3 person way to play.
Lesson 4-10Continue refining previous skills. Introduce resets, overhead shots, and footwork skills like split-steps. Drills like 3 Shot Reset, 3rd-Shot Drop, Go or No. Put everything together in a game of skinny singles or doubles.
Learn take-home drills for refining control that can be done on your own. Learn strategy.
Lesson 2-3Cover all of the rules of the game. Learn forehand and backhand drives and 3rd shot drops. Put all previous skills together in a game of 7-11.
What you need to bringAny paddles over two. Shoes, athletic wear.
