Beginner training plan
Your first lessonIn the first lesson, we’ll learn the basics of the game including scoring, rules, athletic stance and basic footwork.
Then we’ll cover dinks & drops and incorporate some drills.
Every lesson ends with live game play !!
Lesson 11+These lessons will include a little more advanced strategies, shot selection, and accuracy.

Lesson 4-10In these lessons we will cover different types of volleys, drives, overhead smashes and lobs and the strategy behind all of these shots.

What you need to bringAll you’ll need are a good pair of court shoes, and a water bottle. If you have a paddle, great!! If not, I’ll provide one. Most importantly, bring your enthusiasm and positive attitude to enjoy the game.
What I can bringI’ll bring a basket of balls, cones, extra paddles and a few goodies to give!! If you need anything else, feel free to let me know prior 😊
