Beginner training plan
Your first lessonFirst lesson we would go through the basics/fundamentals: Proper grip, dinking, basic rules (if not known beforehand)
Lesson 11+It’s all about repetition to improve so I always like to start out with the basics then progress from there to different aspects of the game but making sure we hit a lot of balls is important to me so you get the most out of it!
Lesson 4-10We will still continue working on something specific and incorporate live ball play.. the student can tell me what they want to add or change!
Lesson 2-3On lessons 2+ we will start working on specifics for a good portion of the lesson. For example we may practice leaning into the kitchen and when to hit the ball out of the air or not and then incorporate some sort of game to practice it.
